BODYSPEAK ALCHEMY™

Ho’oponopono

A modern four-phrase practice inspired by the traditional Hawaiian process of reconciliation and forgiveness.

Use the phrases to support reflection, responsibility, gratitude and love.

How To Use It

This is the modern four-phrase practice inspired by traditional Hawaiian Ho’oponopono.

  1. Sit comfortably and take one slow breath.

  2. Gently bring a person, memory, situation or part of yourself to mind.

  3. Repeat each phrase slowly, silently or aloud:

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

  • Let each phrase land without forcing any particular feeling.

  • Continue for one to three minutes, or until the practice feels complete.

  • Finish by noticing your body and the room around you.

This practice does not excuse harm or require reconciliation.

When To Use It

Use this practice when:

  • You feel hurt, regret, guilt or resentment

  • A relationship or situation feels emotionally unresolved

  • Your mind keeps returning to the same conflict

  • You want to acknowledge your part without carrying what is not yours

  • You feel ready to move towards forgiveness, gratitude and love

Why It Helps

The practice creates space between emotional pain and your usual reaction.

Its structured repetition can interrupt mental looping and support nervous system settling.

The phrases encourage reflection, responsibility, forgiveness, gratitude and compassion.

For some people, it also supports spiritual release and reconnection with love.
