BODYSPEAK ALCHEMY™

Evening Wind-Down

Help your body release the day and prepare for rest.

How To Use It

Begin 15 minutes before bed.

Dim the lights and reduce noise.

Write down anything you need to remember tomorrow.

Roll your shoulders and soften your jaw.

Take three slow, comfortable breaths.

Choose one quiet, screen-free activity, such as reading, gratitude journalling or gentle stretching.

When To Use It

Use this each evening, especially when:

  • Your mind is still busy

  • Your body feels tired but restless

  • You are carrying tension from the day

  • The evening has felt rushed or overstimulating

  • You struggle to transition from activity into rest

Why It Helps

Light, noise and unfinished tasks can keep your system activated.

Reducing stimulation creates consistent cues that rest is approaching.

Writing things down reduces the need to keep rehearsing them mentally.
